元泰集團中高層管理技能提升項目拉開帷幕,本次課程為《行動金牌經(jīng)理人》系列領(lǐng)導力課程之《金牌級客戶服務(wù)法則》&《談判策略》,公司總經(jīng)理率35位職能部門中層管理人員參與課程的學習與演練。
在這為期二天的學習過程中,學員一致認為課程內(nèi)容實用,切合了工作和生活的實際需要;《談判策略》告訴我們?nèi)绾芜\用有效的理念、技巧,使談判雙方達成雙贏的效果,談判時如何讓步和拒絕,如何突破談判的僵局和不道德把戲,業(yè)務(wù)報價和采購談判的原則和技巧等。
《金牌級客戶服務(wù)法則》幫助我們建設(shè)“向日葵”式的客戶服務(wù)理念、建立有效的內(nèi)部客戶和外部客戶服務(wù)流程,學會如何快速與潛在客戶建立聯(lián)系,同時,教會我們在面對刁鉆客戶或處理客戶投訴時,應先放下自身的情緒,通過多些提問的方式識別客戶的心理預期,最終達到解決問題并挖掘客戶的“潛在需求”和“增強需求”的目的。
